Mechanic ideas
Storm
- Faster wind increases likelihood of rover toppling over
- Dust clouds that cause damage
- Lightning strikes that can cause total system failure
Battery
After the storm sets, the rover runs on a limited battery supply (so battery would only be a problem in Act 2). Different types of movements could reduce the battery further (such as going uphill).
