* Faster wind increases likelihood of rover toppling over (dust devils)
* Dust clouds that cause damage and cover the rover with dusts
* Lightning strikes that can cause total system failure

=== Battery ===
After the storm sets, the rover runs on a limited battery supply (so battery would only be a problem in Act 2). Different types of movements could reduce the battery further (such as going uphill).
